Welcome

For years, I worked inside businesses helping leaders navigate growth, improve profitability, and create the financial structure needed to support long-term success. At the same time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the founders and small business owners in my community—creative entrepreneurs, visionaries, and owner-operators building something meaningful from the ground up.

Through those conversations, I discovered something that would eventually become the foundation of Modern Maven. Many founders weren't struggling because they lacked intelligence, ambition, or work ethic. They were often too close to the business to see what was creating friction, limiting growth, or demanding their attention. They could feel the weight of the challenges they were carrying but didn't always have the language, visibility, or strategic perspective needed to identify the root cause.

I became deeply motivated by helping founders uncover what they couldn't yet see for themselves—translating complexity into clarity, identifying patterns hidden beneath the surface, and helping them connect the vision they held for their business with the structure needed to support it.

Over time, that work became more than a profession. It became a calling. Through years of supporting founder-led businesses, participating in leadership communities, coaching environments, and meaningful conversations with entrepreneurs from every stage of growth, I found myself drawn to the human side of business just as much as the financial side. The decisions, responsibilities, ambitions, fears, and possibilities that founders carry each day deserve thoughtful support and trusted guidance.

Modern Maven was built to be that kind of partnership.

If you've taken the time to visit this page, thank you. My hope is that something you've read here has offered a new perspective, created a moment of clarity, or reminded you that you're not carrying the weight of building a business alone.

And if anything you've found here resonates with you, I'd genuinely love to connect. Whether you're navigating a challenge, exploring a new opportunity, or simply looking for a thoughtful conversation about your business and what's next, my door is always open.
